The research group comprises scholars from the law faculty and the department of labor studies who are interested in how the law of work and surrounding legal fields structure the basic interactions in modern systems of production. How do concepts like property or contract interact with the law of work, and how do constitutional law and regulation structure the division of labor? The underlying legal frameworks are crucial in supplying the vocabulary for thinking about community, equality and inequality, autonomy, efficiency, and class. |
